Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During sales, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 2-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

Typical shipping charges:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60

• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Any applicable promotional free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the provided address. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most areas across Bangladesh.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mamoni is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected circumstances such as extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
